| Sport Friday is the day set aside to sport and relaxation Every Friday throughout the year is it possible to choose a variety of sports and motion activities. This is a good way to come together involving our various groups and workshops. Some of the choices include the motion centre, hockey, swimming, and walking/running tours, (both short or long.) Remember your sports clothes for this day Camping Otterupgaarden has through many years arranged an island camping tour of 5 days duration.Many times we have had our own boat with us. Because of economy we have had to drop this camping tour. For a couple of years we went without, but quite a few of our clients asked if we could make a more primitive tour, for example to Enebærodde (Martinegaard) For a couple of years we had a tour with one overnight. In 2006 we put effort into a camping-tour with 2 overnights. The camping tour went to “Å Strand” a holiday centre which lies close to Assens right out to the beach. During these days various activities were planned such as kite building. Various competitions and an orientation race, which included the gathering of various objects which would later be used to form works of art, where a strict panel of judges scrutinised the works to find an outright winner. There was also on the camping trip 2 representatives from the parent family club, and later the foreman of the club participated in an evening arrangement.
